Manuel Balderrábano is a Managing Director at 414C RED. He brings over 18 years of experience in commercial and industrial real estate, having managed portfolios exceeding USD $4.5 billion and 12 million square feet across industrial, retail, and mixed-use properties
Prior to 414C RED, Manuel held a leadership role within Cushman & Wakefield's industrial practice in Baja California, leading transactions for institutional-grade clients — including large-scale land and portfolio sales, new leasing, and lease renewals. He previously spent nearly a decade at Kimco Realty Corporation (NYSE: KIM), where as Vice President he led the Southwest Region portfolio, totaling roughly 12 million square feet and USD $4 billion in assets under management — consistently exceeding revenue targets and driving occupancy to record levels through targeted leasing and redevelopment initiatives
Mr. Balderrábano holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins University and is a licensed real estate broker in the State of California

Juan Carlos Rodríguez joined 414 C RED Investment Banking as Managing Director, bringing over 25 years of experience in industrial real estate brokerage and development
Before joining 414 C RED, Juan Carlos served as Vice President, Market Officer, and Head of Mexico Acquisitions at Verde Realty, where he led the strategy for a portfolio exceeding 6 million square feet across Mexico and the United States
He previously served as Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield in Baja California, leading Mexico’s top-performing industrial brokerage team since 2020
Mr. Rodríguez holds a B.S. in International Trade and Customs from Universidad Iberoamericana Noroeste, with certificates from ITESM and MIT

Israel Velazquez joined 414 C RED Investment Banking as Associate, with over 5 years of experience across the industrial, retail, and leisure real estate sectors
Prior to 414 C RED, Israel served as Senior Associate at Cushman & Wakefield, where he secured more than USD 1 billion in capital markets mandates
Before that, he led BBVA’s structured finance platform in Northern Mexico, closing USD 500 million in debt facilities. He also worked at PGIM Real Estate Mexico, where he participated in acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and debt financings, contributing to more than USD 3.0 billion in equity commitments and USD 1.8 billion in debt originations

Rodrigo Caballero joined 414 C RED Brokerage Division as Leasing Expert, bringing over 9 years of specialized experience in the industrial real estate sector across Mexico and the United States
At 414 C RED, Rodrigo leads leasing efforts and execution for more than 5 million square feet of industrial space for institutional and corporate clients
He also leads master tenant representation for two Fortune 500 companies, managing their complete industrial real estate portfolios in Mexico
Mr. Caballero is a Certified Economic Developer by the University of Oklahoma and holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business
